Throughput lifted in the sheep pens last Monday at Stortford Lodge, with strong demand throughout.
Most ram lambs earned $157-$169, though a small top end pushed to $197.50-$201.50. Heavy ewe lambs were not far off their mixed sex counterparts at $136-$165, though good mixed sex eased to $127.
Top ewes lifted to $220, while heavy types held at $151-$166. Light-medium eased to $100.50-$106.
Just a smattering of cattle was on offer and eight Hereford bulls, 781-830kg, managed $2.59-$2.61/kg, with their sisters, 411-520kg, steady at $1.68-$1.83/kg.
