Half of the 2-year heifers were Hereford-Friesian, 370-483kg, with the best at $3.06-$3.13/kg. One-year Hereford bulls, 281kg, made $3.56/kg, and Hereford-Friesian heifers, 254-276kg, fetched $3.04-$3.11/kg.

77 prime cattle attended, up from 19 the previous week. Numbers were boosted by in-calf boner lines that were selectively bought at $2.39/kg to $2.65/kg. Angus heifers, 606kg, made $3.27/kg and 626kg Angus cows, $2.51/kg.
