There was a large yarding of around 2300 cattle at Feilding on Friday. The top end of the yearling steers earned $3.62-$3.71/kg, with the next cut around $3.45-$3.55/kg. Better yearling Friesian bulls earned $3.10/kg with then next either side of $2.70/kg.

The top end of the mixed-sex store lambs traded at $100-$128, with medium $81-$97 and light $59-$75, with cryptorchids at $75-$99. Better ewe hoggets fetched $118-$126 with the balance at $78-$90. Read more in your LivestockEye.
