Shareholders have been sent voting packs and all votes must be received by postal or internet voting by 10.30am on Tuesday, December 15.
The candidates are: Stuart Campbell, Feilding; Russell Drummond, Winton; Pat McEvedy, Southbridge; and Dawn Sangster, Ranfurly.
“We know farmers are very busy at this time of the year, but the directors election is an opportunity for our shareholders to have input into who sits on our board,” Alliance chair Murray Taggart said.
“We encourage all of our shareholders to take a few minutes to vote for the candidates they want to be their Alliance supplier representatives.”
The election is being conducted using the ‘first past the post’ voting method.
The result will be announced at Alliance’s annual meeting at Bill Richardson Transport World, 491 Tay Street, Invercargill, on December 17 at 10.30am.
