The result of any election will be made public before the 2017 annual meeting, to be held in Dunedin on April 18.
The record date for voting will be March 19.

SFF board seats open
Silver Fern Farms directors Rob Hewett and Fiona Hancox will seek re-election to the board when their terms expire in April.
Other nominations are being sought for the two positions and must be in by March 5.
