For the past 25 years the Ashburton-based farmer co-operative has run its Instore Days offering significant discounts to its farmer members through its three retail outlets at Ashburton, Methven and Rakaia.
The new format this year means Ruralco’s deals are open to farmers anywhere from July 2-8.
“Covid-19 has changed how Ruralco will run its Instore Days for 2020 as it has changed many things but it has by no means meant the event won’t happen,” Ruralco Group chief executive Rob Sharkie said.
More than $100,000 worth of prizes, including a Mustang car, are up for grabs.
