Dallas Lucas from Southern Wide Real Estate said the farm, just five minutes from Winton, had been set up well and was a top location for dairying.
The flat farm is subdivided into 25 paddocks and has well-formed internal races connecting them to the 50-bail rotary dairy. Added to the Alpha Laval plant is automatic teat spraying plus meal and molasses systems.

In the past three seasons the farm has increased cow numbers from 410 to 440 and lifted production by 38,249kg MS.

Last season supplements included 290 bales of balage with most of it bought-in, with 100 tonnes of palm kernel, 60t of crushed barley and 38t of molasses. Six hectares is sown in summer turnips each year and then sown into winter turnips for the cows to come home.
Facilities on the farm include covered yards for calf-rearing, and an implement shed-workshop. The water supply is a pressure system from a bore through a 40mm mainline to two troughs per paddock with an in-line mineral dispenser.
Completing the scene are three homes including a three-bedroom bungalow-style house set in established grounds, while another three-bedroom home and two-bedroom home provide staff accommodation.
