Private Storage Aid to be extended

Private Storage Aid (PSA) will now be extended from February to the end of September 2015. The extension has been made to help ease the potential for additional downward pressure on prices as it will allow for excess supplies of skim milk powder and butter to be placed into the subsidised storage program.  The EC still has to formally approve this change and this is expected to be done during February
