B+LNZ’s response to MfE report on sequestration

The Ministry for the Environment’s (MfE) report on the extent of carbon sequestration has significantly different figures from research commissioned by Beef + Lamb New Zealand (B+LNZ) in 2020, which recognises there is significant carbon sequestration happening on sheep and beef farmland in NZ.

B+LNZ chief executive Sam McIvor will discuss where the differences lie.
