The top three spots are clearly ahead of the rest.
Nestle retained its spot at the top even with a drop in revenue from the previous year. Sales revenue at the top was reported at US$9.7b.
Second place went to Dean Foods with US$9.5b and Canadian dairy giant Saputo came in third with US$9.39b.
Three of the companies in the top 100 come from Canada and one from Mexico.
Mexico's Grupo LaLa is number 12 on the list with sales of $2.9b.
