There was just a small offering of sheep last Friday at Matawhero. The store market performed mostly as expected, and ewe lambs fetched $58 with shorn mixed-sex lambs at $71.
Prime lambs sold on a similar market this week, with the bottom end earning $84-$92, and the top end at $110-$113.
