Numbers in all sections were reduced including the boner cows, where prices lifted as a result. Most Friesian cows, 400-450kg, sold for $1.60-$1.70/kg.
Fifty-two R2 steers were offered. Dairy-beef, 435-464kg, made $2.86-$2.936/kg, Friesians, 400-450kg, $2.61-$2.65/kg.
Most of the R2 heifers were Hereford-Friesian, 276-310kg, and returned $2.87-$2.95/kg.
A few Friesian weaner bulls, 130-170kg, fetched $510-$560.
