The product has undergone rigorous testing, and trials which have been examined and approved by research institute AsureQuality in coordination with the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI).
Testing and trials have also proven that silicone provides a safer, cleaner and healthier food-safe dairy product than rubber.
Rubber is known as a potential threat for transferring bacteria and leaching chemical contaminates into the milk supply due to cracks caused by factors such as extreme temperatures. However, silicone does not crack or leach chemicals.
