Just minutes from the Edendale dairy factory, the 283-hectare farm – about 265ha effective – has all the infrastructure in place including a near-new 54-bail rotary dairy placed right at its centre.
Brett Lucas from Southern Wide Real Estate says the key attributes of the farm are its location, scale and infrastructure.

Three homes cater for staff – a large five-bedroom split-level home, a modern three-bedroom brick home and a four-bedroom brick and roughcast villa with some renovations completed.
Consents for the farm include water and effluent through to 2022 and cow numbers to 850. The crossbred herd is also for sale by negotiation.
