From ADM’s perspective, being ready for the cycle to turn positive is just as important as refining the farm’s cost base. In the third quarter of 2016, ADM will open its new, purpose-built storage facility in Mount Maunganui, serving stock feed customers in the North Island.
The new facility will enable farmers and transport companies to efficiently out-turn ADM’s full suite of products, including palm kernel, corn gluten feed pellets, tapioca, DDGS and canola meal.
The company is also now distributing a stock feed additive, Home n’ Dry, designed and developed in the United Kingdom.
Using Home n’ Dry improves digestion of whole grain and straw, increasing production and reducing the risk of rumen acidosis.
To find out more about ADM’s product range, including the benefits of Home n’ Dry, farmers can call 0800 123 PKE or visit the team at site PB35 in the Mystery Creek pavilion.
