The 260-hectare Sybton Farm, at Waiotahi, has operated as a dairy and dry stock beef unit, but it has the potential for horticulture or be subdivided into lifestyle or rural residential properties.
The property was well placed to take advantage of the area’s growing popularity with lifestylers looking for a gentle climate, beautiful scenery and an easy pace of life.
The farm was a solid business proposition, with dairy side of the operation produces an average 105,000kg milksolids from 320 cows.
Comprising four titles, the farm has 124 well-fenced paddocks spread over a mixture of flat and hilly land, with a central pumiced laneway providing easy access to all areas.
The dairy cows are milked off of 110ha, with the remaining 150ha used for grazing 320 mixed age beef cattle.

The second three-bedroom house faces the coast and was used as the manager’s home. A solid woolshed next to the house can be used for calf-rearing or dry storage.
