Customer-driven by design

Avatar photo
In a relatively short few years the 4AG range of cultivation and drilling equipment has firmly established itself as the premier offering in the New Zealand marketplace. A massive array of these machines can be found working hard for some of the largest contracting and farming operations throughout this country, in every corner and every condition. From the boulders of Te Anau to Canterbury riverbeds, Waikato pumice to East Coast clays, you will be able to talk to an operator near you for some first-hand insight.

The secret to this rapid growth has been the 4AG philosophy of “customer-driven design”. This approach has been instrumental to the sale of many Titan drills because farmers and contractors get the benefit of testing in some of NZ’s hardest conditions. A key benefit of these drills is the sheer physical weight of construction. The robust main frame is complemented by intelligent design that ensures the Titan’s class-leading weight is spread evenly across the full working width through the Optifloat hydraulic transfer system.

Titan drills are capable of sowing a vast array of crops.

The impressive strike in grass and brassica crops experienced is because of the evenness of ground pressure and germination across the whole working width. A vast range of crops has been sown by the Titans – from small seed fodder crops and all types of grass through to high-volume cereal silage.

Cultivation options from tractors of 85hp and upwards start with the DV930s – an extremely nuggety compact primary offset disc ideally suited for small-to-medium farms or steeper terrain – through to the gigantic six-tonne, six-metre DVi970 HD.

4AG’s nationwide focus on ground-working gear from primary tillage right to sowing means there is always a product suited to your specific conditions.
